Common questions

My streak reset — what happened?

Streaks are calculated in your local timezone. A trip between timezones can create a "day" that's shorter than 24 hours. If you think a streak was reset by mistake, email us and we'll help you restore it.

How do I restore my Readtivity+ purchase?

Settings → Readtivity+ → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
